At Design Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
